Louise Sigvardt

Louise Sigvardt is a Danish designer and co-founder of the renowned Bunn Studio, a multi­dis­ci­pli­nary design prac­tice based in Copen­hagen. Working across art direc­tion, furni­ture, inte­rior, and indus­trial design, her approach is defined by a deep sensi­tiv­ity to mate­r­ial, narra­tive, and context.

A grad­u­ate of the Kolding Design School, where she special­ized in fashion design, Louise discov­ered her passion for textiles through an explo­ration of their many forms and func­tions. Her creative process begins with an evoca­tive start­ing point — a feeling, a place, a story, or a visual cue — which she grad­u­ally trans­lates into patterns, colors, and tactile expressions.

Sigvardt has collab­o­rated with inter­na­tion­ally recog­nized brands, includ­ing Kvadrat, Ever­lane, and Marimekko, creat­ing works that seam­lessly merge aesthetic story­telling with mate­r­ial inno­va­tion. Her designs have received multi­ple awards and been featured in leading inter­na­tional publi­ca­tions, estab­lish­ing her as a distinc­tive voice in contemporary design.
