  • At Cooks & Poets, we ship orders using trusted carri­ers — FedEx, USPS, and UPS — to ensure your items arrive quickly and safely.
  • Orders in stock are typi­cally processed and shipped within 1 – 2 business days. 
  • Domes­tic Ship­ping (U.S.) — Stan­dard deliv­ery takes approx­i­mately 3 – 5 busi­ness days after processing.
  • Expe­dited ship­ping is avail­able upon request. Please reach out to our customer service team at hello@​cookandpoets.​com for a custom expe­dited order/​invoice.
  • Inter­na­tional Ship­ping — Inter­na­tional deliv­ery takes approx­i­mately 7 – 9 busi­ness days, depend­ing on the desti­na­tion and customs clear­ance. Customers are respon­si­ble for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their local government.
  • Ship­ping rates are flat rate and prede­ter­mined by item and desti­na­tion and will be shown at check­out — based on your location. 

What is your return policy? 

  • We do accept returns, but return requests must be made after package received within 5 days, and must be unused.
  • If item is damaged, images of the damages should be emailed to hello@​cooksandpoets.​com within 24 hours of receipt.
  • All returns must include orig­i­nal pack­ag­ing: any boxes, bags, and other pack­ag­ing mate­ri­als.
