Orders in stock are typi­cally processed within 3 busi­ness days. Allow 7 – 10 days for delivery. 

Kvadrat textiles deliver in 2 – 3 weeks. 

Cutlery & flat­ware special order 2 weeks. 

Custom orders — vary depend­ing on desti­na­tion and customization. 

Ship­ping & Delivery 

We provide options through our third party deliv­ery and logis­tics services for furni­ture, custom orders and rare pieces, every order is unique. Contact team@​cooksandpoets.​com 

Kvadrat Textiles Shipping 

We ship Kvadrat world­wide. For outside the US, ship­ping is calcu­lated based on yardage and client loca­tion. Please inquire for quote directly team@​cooksandpoets.​com — we can add the costs to your order, payments are made on the website or via electronic invoice. 

Expe­dited shipping 

Expe­dited is avail­able upon request. Please reach out to our customer service team at team@​cookandpoets.​com for more information. 

Inter­na­tional Shipping 

Inter­na­tional deliv­ery takes approx­i­mately 7 – 14 busi­ness days, depend­ing on the desti­na­tion and customs clear­ance. Customers are respon­si­ble for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their local government.

Returns 

We source many of our pieces directly keeping a limited inven­tory and approach returns with care.

Furnish­ings & Objects

Items may be consid­ered for return if requested within 5 days of deliv­ery and received unused, in orig­i­nal pack­ag­ing. Final sale, custom-order, and inter­na­tional orders are not eligi­ble for return, with the excep­tion of items damaged in transit.

Cutlery & Flatware

We recom­mend using our Sample Program before commit­ting allow­ing you to expe­ri­ence the design and balance in hand. Cutlery and flat­ware orders are not eligi­ble for refunds. When approved, returns are issued as store credit only and must; be requested within 7 days of deliv­ery, unused, unwashed, and in orig­i­nal condi­tion, not have partic­i­pated in the Sample Program. Inter­na­tion­ally shipped cutlery and flat­ware are final sale.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incor­rect, please notify us promptly (within 24 – 48 hours) with details and photographs so we may resolve it thoughtfully.
