Kvadrat Plecto Fabric

Plecto is a pioneer­ing knitted mesh textile with a distinc­tive woolen surface, designed by Febrik. Its sporty, multi­di­men­sional char­ac­ter draws inspi­ra­tion from high-perfor­mance apparel, offer­ing a fresh, tech­ni­cal expres­sion for contemporary interiors.

The textile combines two contrast­ing layers: a meshed surface predom­i­nantly crafted from wool and a poly­ester base layer. As Plecto stretches across furni­ture, the mesh struc­ture opens slightly, reveal­ing glimpses of its layered construc­tion and adding dynamic depth to its appearance.

The color palette is care­fully curated to comple­ment the textile’s tech­ni­cal aesthetic, ranging from deep mascu­line tones and subtle neutrals to bold, bright high­lights. Contrast­ing color­ways empha­size the three-dimen­sional quality, while tone-on-tone options offer a more under­stated, refined look.
