Frying Pan 30cm Pan 999 Tobia Scarpa San Lorenzo 5

The PAN 999 Frying Pan, designed by Tobia Scarpa, has an extended black handle and maintains the clean design and pronounced border of the other pieces in the PAN 999 line. As the most common cooking vessel, Frying Pan, available in a small and large size, uses pure silver and pure iron to allow cooking at low temperatures, preserving the nutritional values and the antioxidant quality of food.

Each refined piece of PAN 999 cookware is designed to cook in, serve with, and put in the dishwasher for quick cleanup. Sulfidation (blackening) of the silver surface during cooking is normal and to be expected. It occurs without any negative effect on health and on food quality and can be periodically removed with the non-toxic White of Spain (purified clay) included with each piece. Strew clay over silver surface and rub with damp paper towel or cloth, then rinse.

PAN 999 cookware includes a pan, pot, saucepan, lids, and a frying pan. All sold separately at Cooks & Poets.
