Where do you ship? 

Ship­ping Domestic 

We ship through our online shop via UPS or Fed-ex ground. If you need some­thing sent express, please email us and we can arrange, just send us an email. 

Inter­na­tional Shipping 

We are now ship­ping to most coun­tries. If you do not see that option at check out, please email us. 

Can I return something? 

Returns

We do accept returns of damaged items. Returns must be processed within 7 days of purchase. All returns must include orig­i­nal pack­ag­ing: any boxes, bags, and other pack­ag­ing mate­ri­als. Any images of the damages should be emailed to hello@​cooksandpoets.​com within 7 days.

What is the sample” program? 

We created a signa­ture sample program — so our clients can preview our flat­ware in person — while making a deci­sion. Our flat­ware is of heir­loom quality and it takes careful consid­er­a­tion, it can be a life­time invest­ment. We stand behind what we offer and want you to see for yourself. 

The way it works, is you send an email with your request of which collec­tion you want to preview and create an account on our site with address and details and we will take it from there. 

Do you offer the full collec­tion of your flat­ware designs — serving tools, addi­tional uten­sils and replacement pieces? 

Yes! We offer the entire breath of the collec­tions. It’s merely too much content to have online, so the best way forward is to inquire directly about what you are looking for and we will send you the specs for the items and lead times.
