More details here…

Canvas 2 is a vibrant wool upholstery textile by Giulio Ridolfo, ideal for large surfaces thanks to its soft weave and pronounced structure. Its rich, nuanced expression is crafted from mélange yarns made with three colors — resulting in six hues per colorway. From afar, it appears calm and unicolored; up close, it reveals shimmering color shifts, fine contrasts, and elegant depth.

Ridolfo notes, Canvas highlights how beautiful a yarn can be and projects a strong sense of craftsmanship.” That artisanal quality is underscored by a palette inspired by the landscapes of Skagen, Denmark — a region renowned for attracting artists with its soft skies and dramatic coastlines.

Each colorway reflects the ever-changing Skagen light, blending dark and light, cool and warm tones. Like a watercolor painting, the colors subtly interact, forming a complex, layered visual field.

Canvas 2 is durable and versatile, suited for both contract and residential interiors. Made with a high content of renewable fibers and certified under the EU Ecolabel, it meets both aesthetic and environmental standards — offering long-term performance and a refined, natural presence.
