by Corin Mellor

David Mellor Black Handle Steak Knife 6

Corin Mellor’s black-handled steak knives are meticulously crafted from high carbon stainless steel, combining exceptional sharpness with timeless design. Utilizing the latest techniques in casting, precision grinding, and ice hardening, these knives deliver blades that are both extremely sharp and highly durable. The acetal resin handle incorporates an internal back weight, ensuring perfect balance and a comfortable grip for effortless use.

The micro-serrated blade is specially designed to cut through cooked meat with ease, preserving flavor and juices by preventing compression of the meat fibers. Beyond steaks, these versatile knives can also double as paring knives for slicing smaller fruits, vegetables, and other precision tasks.

This set of six superb steak knives is beautifully presented in a handmade wooden box with a sliding lid, offering both a thoughtful gift option and a practical storage solution for long-term care. Perfect for any dining occasion, these knives bring style and performance to the table.
