Tel Aviv-born designer Arik Levy is an internationally acclaimed artist and industrial designer based in Paris. With a multidisciplinary approach, Levy’s work spans product design, lighting, sculpture, and set design, seamlessly blending art and functionality.

Levy studied Industrial Design at Art Center Europe in Switzerland, earning distinction in 1991. His early career included a formative period in Japan, where he developed products for exhibitions before returning to Europe to explore contemporary dance and opera set design. This diverse background informs his unique perspective, shaping designs that challenge conventions and transcend categories.

Since founding his studio, Levy has collaborated with leading global brands, with his work featured in prestigious museums and galleries worldwide. His ongoing partnership with e15 began in 2008, resulting in the striking Arie bookcase, a sculptural yet functional shelving system first unveiled at IMM Cologne in 2009.

Best known for his iconic Rock” sculptures, Levy sees design as a language of symbols and emotions. His creations, whether furniture, lighting, or large-scale public installations, reflect his belief that the world is about people, not objects.”

With an unwavering commitment to innovation, Levy continues to push creative boundaries, crafting timeless designs that bridge art and industry.
