Annabelle Klute

Annabelle Klute is a German indus­trial designer and gold­smith whose work seam­lessly blends the preci­sion of tradi­tional crafts­man­ship with the inno­va­tion of contem­po­rary design. Born in Germany, she grad­u­ated from the Staatliche Zeichenakademie Hanau, where she trained as a gold­smith, before pursu­ing indus­trial design at Burg Giebichen­stein Kunsthochschule Halle. Her exper­tise led her to a design post at Michael Anas­tas­si­ades Studio in London, where she further honed her approach to mate­ri­als, form, and light.

Now based in Frank­furt, Annabelle leads the product devel­op­ment team at e15, where she plays a pivotal role in shaping the brand’s forward-think­ing designs. In 2023, she intro­duced the KAISA side tables for e15, a strik­ing series inspired by Art Deco jewelry and early indus­trial glass design. Through KAISA, Klute demon­strates her keen eye for faceted surfaces, reflec­tions, and optical depth, trans­form­ing furni­ture into elegant, architectural statements.

Her approach is deeply rooted in mate­r­ial explo­ration, geom­e­try, and the inter­play of light and form, ensur­ing that her work remains both time­less and inno­v­a­tive — a seam­less dialogue between craft and industrial production.
