Designed by Carl Pott as part of the iconic Pott 22 collection, the Pott 22 Pie Server carries forward the organic elegance that made the series a design classic. Conceived in 1955 and inspired by a chestnut leaf drifting to the ground, Pott 22 redefined modern flatware — and this sculptural server continues that legacy.

Crafted from matte-brushed 18/10 stainless steel, the pie server features a gently curved form that mirrors the soft, natural gestures of the collection. It offers both beauty and balance, allowing for effortless serving of cakes, pies, and tarts with refined precision.

Like all Pott accessories, the server is handcrafted in Germany using a meticulous, multi-step process that reflects more than a century of tradition. While dishwasher-safe, hand washing is recommended to preserve its pristine finish.

A graceful companion to the Pott 22 flatware set, this piece is a testament to enduring craftsmanship and the art of timeless design.

Carl Pott

Germany

The true design legacy of Pott flatware began in 1932, when Carl Pott joined his father's (Carl Hugo Pott) workshop and immediately established his reputation as a brilliant, uncompromising flatware designer. Rejecting the decorative flourishes of his era, Pott stripped cutlery down to a functionalist ideal, treating design as meticulous, surgical calculation. This commitment quickly earned him recognition on a grand scale: in the 1950s, Pott flatware was chosen for the initial flatware of Deutsche Lufthansa passenger machines, and his Pott 22 pattern (designed 1955) achieved global icon status as the official flatware for the 1972 Olympic Village in Munich. Carl Pott's work is celebrated as a high-water mark of modern and mid-century functionalism, proving that true simplicity possesses lasting, official weight.
