SK59 Knife Set

Gido Wahrmann’s SK59 series won the 2021 German Design Award, and the SK59 Set of Three offers three razor-sharp reasons why: whether iter­ated as a fruit- and veggie-friendly 14cm Utility Knife, 17cm univer­sal Chef’s Knife, or tough 21cm Ham Slicer, each blade is made of Sandvik 12C27TM high-perfor­mance steel, which offers both extra­or­di­nary stabil­ity and flex­i­bil­ity. Never porous, always resis­tant to corro­sion, the trio features a handle with ergonomic cells of fiber­glass-rein­forced polyamide molded directly upon their blades for ease of use in any appli­ca­tion. The forward-facing design contin­ues the legacy of the fifth-gener­a­tion company, beloved since 1895 for cutlery and acces­sories which can take as many 90 steps to fashion and will last more than a lifetime.
