Hard­cover volume with printed boards. Text in English. Illus­trated with color plates and selected draw­ings by Gary Hume. The book docu­ments a group of works devel­oped over a two-year period and first presented in New York.

Paint­ings are repro­duced at full page, regis­ter­ing the contrast between high-gloss enamel and exposed aluminum. Large uncoated areas remain visible, defin­ing the compo­si­tion along­side applied color. Addi­tional sections include char­coal and chalk line draw­ings, presented in sequence. Essays by Michael Wilson and Anne Pren­zler accom­pany the plates, with the layout main­tain­ing clear sepa­ra­tion between text and image.
