Michael Schneider

Michael Schnei­der was born in Geis­lin­gen, Germany in 1962. He pursued product design at the Arts Academy of Stuttgart in the late 80s and became a designer at Phoenix Product Design in Stuttgart. By 1993, Schnei­der unveiled his own design firm in Cologne. He is best known for his four piece Mono Zeug Cutlery collec­tion in 1995, inspired by the prehistoric man.
