Easy alternative plant milk, made with almonds.
Soak the almonds overnight. Then the next morning peel the skins and then add them and your water to a high speed blender. Blend for about a minute. Then add your salt, dates and vanilla and blend for another 10 seconds. Now pour the mixture through a mesh bag into a large enough vessel or container. Pull the bag up So you can see the pulp gathering inside the bag. Squeeze the pulp so all the liquid in your container. There is your plant milk!
